The program, which accepted applications from third and fourth graders, was developed to encourage students’ passion for STEM-related careers (science, technology, engineering and math). Students participated in STEM activities including DNA extraction, robotics, rocketry and aviation.

The program is sponsored by: Dallas County 4-H STEM Youth Development affiliated with Texas A&M University & Prairie View A&M University Cooperative Extension Program and Lockheed Martin.
