Patriot Bass Fishing Team Partners with Navionics

The Dallas Baptist University Patriot Bass Fishing Team is proud to announce their partnership with Navionics, an electronic GPS and marine technology company based out of Italy. As the leader in electronic based GPS charts, technology, innovation, quality, and service, Navionics comprises of a highly skilled group of people who know the importance of using technology wherever possible to increase quality, productivity on the water, and ensuring tournament success.

Navionics nautical charts are supported by the largest number of marine plotters, made by most popular manufacturers like Humminbird, another partner of the Patriot Bass Fishing Team, Navico, Raymarine, and many others.

“We are extremely excited to partner with Navionics as we believe their product will allow our Bass Team to compete at the highest level in the collegiate bass fishing arena and ensure their continued success,” stated Dallas Baptist University Director of Athletics Ryan Erwin.

The Patriot Bass Fishing Team finished the 2011-2012 season ranked 18th in the country by Boat U.S. ACA School of the Year rankings and will look to compete in one final tournament this summer, the 2012 Carhartt B.A.S.S. Collegiate Series in Little Rock, Arkansas, July 20-26.
