Methodist Charlton holds discovery day for area high school students

Methodist Charlton Medical Center’s department of education recently hosted its third annual High School Health Occupations Discovery Day for area high school students. Approximately 100 students from Duncanville and Cedar Hill high schools attended.

The event gives area high school students the opportunity to learn about different occupations in the health care field. Participating departments included the ED, critical care, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, labor and delivery, nursery, volunteer services, and the department of education.
