DBU HEAD COACH JACOB PHILLIPS ON THE WOMEN’S FIRST PLACE FINISH
“We came here today to see if there were any adjustments that we needed to make for the Regional Championships in November here in Denver.  The goal from day one has been to return to the NCAAA Championships and be a top 10 team.  After today, I believe that’s a reality.  This was our first 6k of the year, at altitude, and the girls ran well together.  We are excited for these next five weeks to come back and race for a chance to get back to the NCAAs.”

DBU HEAD COACH JACOB PHILLIPS ON THE MEN’S THIRD PLACE SHOWING
“When the season started, these men didn’t have the NCAA Championships on their minds, but we fully believe that we are capable of that now.  It’s going to be tough and we’ll definitely be the underdog, but I do believe that we can put it together with these young men in the next four to five weeks.”
