Jeanette Capehart September 18, 1939 – June 9, 2017

Mrs. Jeanette Capehart was born on September 18, 1939 in Dermott, Arkansas and she went home to be with Jesus on Friday the 9th of June at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, TX. Upon high school graduation, she moved to Dallas, where she met and married her loving and devoted husband of 55 years, Howard.

Through the years, Jeanette’s heart for children, the elderly, the sick, the lonely and the needy was evident. More than anything else in life, she loved her family and she loved her Lord.

Memories of her life will be forever cherished by her husband, Howard, her daughters Renee and Elicia, sons-in-law Dan Risnear and Dale Griggs, her one very special grandson, Cruz, and a host of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Those left behind look forward to the day when we will see her again, but smile knowing that Jeanette looked forward to the day when she would see her beloved son Kevin again. Her tears have truly been wiped away.

Jeanette, you were and will always be loved by those who knew you here on earth. We find comfort in the fact that you are now experiencing the amazing love of God for eternity.

Memorial gifts can be made to the Christ Haven Children’s Home in Keller, Texas.

Visitation with the family is 6-8 pm Monday, June 12 at Jaynes Memorial Chapel.

Funeral Service is 10:00 am Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at the Cedar Hill Church of Christ, 535 S. Clark Road, in Cedar Hill.

Interment will follow at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Dallas.
