Congratulations to the Duncanville ISD Class of 2012! Approximately 730 students received their diplomas in the May 31 Commencement ceremonies, held at the Dallas Convention Center. Graduates were addressed in a keynote message by the 2012 Distinguished Alumnus Dr. Andy Lee (1985).

The 2012 Class has much to be proud of, including the impressive $8.4 million in scholarships awarded to graduates.  Institutions of note for this year’s graduates include Harvard University, Rider University, Rice University, and Southern Methodist University.

For the first time, a Duncanville HS graduation ceremony has been streamed live over internet TV, a historical event for the DHS Class of 2012. The free live broadcast attracted over 1,800 viewers.  You can watch the On-Demand recording of the event on the district’s Internet TV channel HERE, or download a copy of the program, including a list of graduates, by CLICKING HERE. You can also share in the memories by viewing a photo gallery of the event.
