Duncanville Santa Cop Toy Drive

The Duncanville Police Association has kicked off its 2011 Santa Cop toy drive.  The Santa Cop program delivers toys to children in need in the community.  The Duncanville Police Association with the assistance of the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce and other business like Inwood Bank, Champions Cove to name a few will be accepting new unwrapped toy donations. This is where people can come and drop off new unwrapped toys.

The Santa Cop program is funded entirely by local donations and the Duncanville Police Association.  It is organized by the Duncanville Police Association, and supported by members of the Duncanville Police Department, their families, Duncanville Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association, and community volunteers.

Children and their families are picked through a selection process to verify the needs of the family.

New unwrapped toys or cash donations can be dropped off at:

  • Duncanville Police Department – 203 E. Wheatland Rd. Duncanville, Texas 75116
  • Inwood Bank – 219 E. Camp Wisdom Rd. Duncanville, Texas 75116

  • Duncanville Chamber of Commerce – 300 E. Wheatland Rd. Duncanville, 75137
  • Champions Cove – 1600 S. Main St. Duncanville, 75137
  • Assured Self Storage – 303 E. Highway 67, Duncanville, 75137
  • Duncanville City Hall – 203 E. Wheatland Rd. Duncanville, 75116
  • Duncanville Senior Citizens Center – 206 James Collins Blvd. Duncanville, 75116
  • Justin Moving & Storage – 1018 E. Highway 67, Duncanville, 75137
  • Laurenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation – 330 W. Camp Wisdom Rd. Duncanville, 75116

There will be a TOY DRIVE on December 3rd from 9am to 1pm, at the two Whataburger Locations in Duncanville, 501 E. Highway 67 and 311 W. Camp Wisdom Rd., members of the Duncanville Police Association and other volunteers will be at these locations to accept your donation of a new unwrapped toys.

  1. I hope there is a good turn out for this toy drive. The DPA does it’s best to help as many families as they can, but without donations and other assistance from citizens the Santa Cop Program will be over.
