Duncanville Lions Club Fourth of July Parade “Champions on Parade”

The Duncanville Lions Club would like to invite all citizens of Duncanville and other Best Southwest cities to check out their annual Fourth of July Parade at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 4th.

The theme for this year’s parade is “Champions on Parade” with our 2012 State Champion Duncanville Pantherette Coach, Cathy Self-Morgan,  serving as the Grand Marshal.

The parade will begin at Reed Middle School, 530 Freeman Street;   turn right on Wheatland Road;  right on Main Street;  followed by a right on Freeman Street and continue back to Reed Middle School.   Make plans to get there early to get the best spots for you and your family.

The Lions Club are still taking applications for those groups or individuals that desire to participate in the parade.   Plan to pick up the an entry application at the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce, 300 East Wheatland Road; Red Bird Lanes, 1114 S. Main Street;  or download the form at www.duncanvillelionsclub.com.
