DBU Women’s Golf Signs Three Top-20 High School Golfers

Head Women’s Golf Coach Kenny Trapp announced the signing of three student-athletes to National Letters of Intent this past week during the NCAA Early Signing Period. Abbey Bradley, Sydney Williams, and Macie Seeker are all ranked in the Top-20 by Junior Golf Scoreboard and will begin workouts with the Lady Patriots in the Fall of 2012.

Coming off their first NCCAA National Championship in program history, DBU and Coach Trapp will now add three of the top high school golfers in the state of Texas. Bradley, from Montgomery, Texas, is ranked #10 in the state, and teammates Williams and Seeker, both from Melissa, Texas, rank #17 and #20, respectively. “It is definitely a great day for our Women’s Golf Program to be able to sign three of the top 20 seniors in the state of Texas,” said Trapp. “All will be able to have an immediate impact on our program – not only on the golf course, but off the course as well. I am extremely excited that these young ladies will be Lady Patriot Golfers.”

DBU will open the spring season on February 6 as they travel to San Diego to play Presidio-Mission at Riverwalk Resort in the Point Loma University Classic. Their full schedule can be found here.
