DBU Golf Climbs to Fourth Place at Territory Classic

In the second, and final, round of The Territory Classic in Duncan, Oklahoma, on Tuesday, the Dallas Baptist Men’s Golf Team shaved two strokes off their team total and climbed into a fourth place finish, three strokes off the pace set by first place finisher Incarnate Word. Austin Struble shot identical 75 in both rounds to lead the Patriots and finish in a tie for ninth place. Josh Aguilar finished two strokes behind him in 18th place while Jonny Antle, Jamie Youree, andKyle Beard shot 154, 155 and 155, respectively, to round out the scoring for the Patriots.

Competing as an individual, John Olin shot 73-74 to finish at +3 for the tournament and in a tie for fourth place. His 147 was just two strokes off the lead and the highest finish as an individual in the tournament.

The Patriots will travel next week to Oregon to take part in the GolfWeek Invitational in Sunriver. Tee times for Monday’s first round have yet to be announced.
