MastersDavid Lee Masters passed peacefully in his sleep to his home in Heaven on July 31, 2016 in Duncanville, Texas. He was 70 years of age.

David was born in the family home on Tuckahoe Road in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, on April 20, 1946, to Reverend Parker and Viva Masters.

He is survived by his three sisters, Rachel Masters Gibson and brother-in-law Dr. Clement Gibson; Joyce Masters Dalton and brother-in-law Jay Dalton; and Dr. Karen Masters Wicks and brother-in-law Les Wicks; as well as several nephews and nieces.

David was married to Sue Craft Masters Baker for 28 years. He previously lived in Cleveland, Tennessee for more than 25 years.

jaynesDavid was preceded in death by his mother and father; four half-brothers, Kelly Masters, George Masters, Emmet Masters, and Milford Masters; and one half-sister Ruth Masters Mullins.

The homegoing celebration for Mr. Masters will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas.
