Andrew Garza was a 24 year old loving son, brother, husband, and father. He was a faithful follower of Christ and believed in the power of prayer. Born in Dallas, Andrew was an enthusiastic Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed listening to underground music, watching movies, and cooking for his family. Andrew was also a self-taught artist. His talents included wood carving, glass engraving, and tattooing. He was proud of his artwork and would share it with family and friends.

Andrew was called to his heavenly home on Thursday, January 18, 2018 and is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Gonzalo Garza Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, Adam and Sylvia Garza, siblings, Audris, Alexandria, and Adam, wife, Gabriela, daughter, Melanie, brother-in-law, Adolfo Pintor, nephew, Abram, niece, Amina, maternal grandparents, Javier and Mary Castillo, paternal grandmother, Maria Garza, and countless aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The viewing is Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 4 p.m. and Rosary at 6:30 p.m. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in Dallas.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth, and his eternal resting place is Laurel Land Memorial.
