Humes, a senior catcher from Plano, Texas, connected on two homers and drove in 10 runs in a 4-0 week for the Knights. After going hitless in a 3-1 win over Oklahoma City University, he was 7-for-15 at the plate in a three-game sweep of Texas Wesleyan University. He notched a pair of hits including his second grand slam of the season en route to a five-RBI performance and a 10-5 victory in the opener. Humes provided the difference again in the second game with a homer and two RBIs to defeat TWU, 5-3. He was 3-for-5 in the finale with three RBIs as Northwood completed the sweep, 11-5. The Knights climbed to 11-1 to tie Bacone College (Okla.) at the top of the RRAC standings with a record of 21-6 overall.

Reavis, a senior relief pitcher from Paris, Texas, racked up saves in three straight games and allowed just one hit in four appearances. He closed out the victory over fourth-ranked OCU with a save then didn’t allow a hit in three and one-third innings of work against TWU, earning two saves and a no-decision in the finale. Reavis struck out three hitters and walked one on the week.
